Too Faced Boudoir Eyes: Swatches and Review

When it comes to beauty, I am a sucker for three things: pretty packaging, sparkly neutrals, and fun product names.

Too Faced Boudoir Eyes has all three!

Too Faced Boudoir Eyes is described as such "Go beyond the Boudoir with this sultry palette containing nine matte and shimmer shadows. Go from softly nude to subtly seductive in three easy steps. Bedroom eyes are coveted for their captivating, come-hither appeal"

For $36, you get 3 large eye shadows and 6 small ones housed in a pink, tin case with 3 look cards tucked inside.

If you are a fan of a more subtle look, and want a small palette that can go anywhere, travel easily, and quickly change day looks to night ones, Boudoir Eyes is a must have.

The top row is a day look, the middle a classic look, and the bottom labeled as a fashion look, but this really is a evening look.

Top row from left to right: In the Buff-- a matte cream. A little chalky but pigmented.
Fuzzy Handcuffs--a peach shimmer
Voulez-Vous--a medium brown with a hint of grey

Middle Row (not pictured): Satin Sheets-- a peachy/pink shimmer.
Sugar Walls--A medium brown shimmer
Garter Belt- A matter dark brown

Bottom Row: Birthday Suit--creamy nude shimmer
Lap Dance--cocoa shimmer
French Tickler--Black with gold sparkle

A fun flirty palette with good quality shadows. Be aware that most of them are similar and are on the subtle side. This is for creating natural, barely there but very pretty makeup---not something daring. Too Faced marketed it as such so I am not surprised or displeased.
