Kourtney's Kardazzle!

I have to round out the bunch. She may be my favorite Kardashian. But Scott is well...Scott..

 

Her case has a rose tone to it and is indicative of the colors inside. While Kim's is dark and smokey and Khloe's is neutral, Koutney's is feminine.

 

 

For $12.99, you get 4 matte shadows (which didn't show up, like Khloé's. Kim's mattes performed the best) and 4 sparkly shades. You get 3 face colors too.

 

 

I love the sparkly shades. No fallout, creamy and pigmented. A bright gold, a rose-toned silver, a burgundy, and a dark brown.

 

 

Again, the highlighter is basically the same in all three palettes.

 

Kim's had to be the best, Kourtney's the second, and Khloe's the worst. I guess that corresponds to people's opinions on them all rather nicely eh? Cute travel palette.

Khroma Beauty: Khloé's Kardazzle

So, I am a sucker for little palettes and since I already have Kim's which you can see here, I decided to complete my set. Here is Khloé's.

 

 

Her set is a gold toned case with warm-toned neutral shadows to create her signature look. To me, Khloé is very leopard. Like she just reminds me of leopard everything. Not that that is a good thing...just an observation.

 

 

At first glance this is a really nice palette. They retail for $12.99 and you get 8 shadows, 1 blush, 1 bronzer, and 1 highlighter. Not bad.

 

 

There are no swatches of the top row of shadows. They are matte and even after multiple passes, they are a total loss. Basically invisible. At least the bottom row is a stunner! There is a light gold, a medium gold, a bronzey orange, and a dark shimmery brown. All very soft and pigmented. Love!

 

 

The face products are decent. The blush is a bright coral, the bronzer a light brown and I am pretty sure the highlighter is the same in all three Kardazzles. But still pretty.

 

 

I am in love with the sparkly shadows. So good! But the mattes are a waste and the face products are okay. So that rounds out to about 4 dollars for each shadow. Okay...

This is a good Vegas palette or something similar. Because you will get a very glowly, clubby look.

Kardashian Kolor for the Holidays: Deck the Dolls

My personal opinion of the Kardashians' aside, they do know how to expand their market. They have a new clothing line out, a new line of cosmetics called Khroma Kolors...and they have been hugely successful with their branch of Nicole for O.P.I nail polish, called Kardashian Kolors.

(Sorry for the slightly blurry picture, my camera was freaking out) This is Deck the Dolls, and it is a pretty ocean blue with the slightest microscopic shimmer.

I love this color, but it has a ton of dupes in almost every other line...so this is a good pick for someone new to polish. The Nicole for O.P.I formula is nice, the brush covers the whole nail in one swipe. This polish was on the sheer side, and with three coats there was still some visible nail line.

For about $7, these polishes aren't cheap for a secondary line of a 'salon' polish. Also, the bottles are oddly shaped and I have a hard time storing them.

Final Thoughts: Deck the Dolls is a nice winter blue if you have nothing similar in your stash.
